Before joining Personal Karate training programme I want you to devote yourself completely to this great art of body and mind. P. K. T. P. is not a big deal unless & until  you learn with Heart and Soul. Each exercise will give new shape to your body and each class will give you new concept.
 
Only thing you have to take care of is BE PUNCTUAL, DISCIPLINE, HARD WORKING ATTITUDE, GREAT LEARNING DESIRE AND REGULAR PRACTICE

With an intention to help those who are unable to visit DOJO (Practice Center), Due to time distance constraint.
 
Welcome to the exciting world of art and sport of Karate. By learning the techniques of karate, you can begin to gain greater self-confidence, improve your overall athletic ability and be able to defend yourself against any attacker of any size. Most of the ideas that you have about Karate and the other martial arts from the orient may be limited to what you have seen on television or in the movies. In those productions, you may have seen karate masters, kicking bad guys and saving the day. What you have seen does have some karate elements but gymnastics and trick photography are thrown in. What you will learn here is the true art and sport of karate.
